Overview

The GO-AI Operations team at Amazon supports automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. Their role is crucial in ensuring inventory accuracy by auditing real-time and offline data (primarily video/image) from stowing operations.

This is a non-technical, operational role ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are willing to work rotational shifts and adhere to strict accuracy standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Watch short videos (typically 15-20 seconds) of stowing actions and use best judgment to annotate or audit them.
  • Respond to hundreds of video/image tasks per shift with a focus on accuracy, speed, and compliance with processes.
  • Maintain strict adherence to daily work hours (6.8–7 hours of productive work per 9-hour shift).
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace at home and ensure data confidentiality.
  • Attend virtual meetings with the camera turned on when required.
  • May be required to visit the office occasionally.
  • Meet incremental performance targets for quality and productivity.
  • Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts), with weekly offs that may not fall on weekends.


A Day in the Life

  • 9-hour work shifts, including breaks.
  • Rotational shift every 3–4 months or as per business needs.
  • Two consecutive weekly offs (not necessarily Saturday and Sunday).
  • Eligible for night shift allowance if applicable.

Requirements:

  • Ability to meet performance goals in quality and productivity
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Must maintain a dedicated and secure workspace at home
  • Must be willing to turn on camera for virtual meetings
  • Should be flexible with work schedules and locations as needed


About the Team

The Data Auditing Operations team provides human verification support for visual stowing data collected at fulfillment centers. The team’s efforts improve automation effectiveness and stow quality. Associates are evaluated regularly and may receive coaching based on their performance.
